Liberian. Credentialled. Operational.
SafeHaven Strategies Consulting is not a foreign security firm with a Monrovia office. We are a Liberian firm — founded, led, and staffed by Liberian security professionals who understand this country's institutions, threats, and opportunities from the inside.
To protect lives, assets, and institutions through intelligence-led security consulting — delivered to the highest professional standard, by Liberians, for Liberia.
SafeHaven Strategies Consulting was founded on a simple premise: Liberia deserves world-class security consulting. Not imported expertise at prohibitive cost. Not guards at gates called consulting. Real intelligence-led analysis, professional risk assessment, and operational security support — delivered by practitioners who have served inside Liberia's security institutions and understand its specific threat environment.
We are operationally ready. We are institutionally connected. And we hold ourselves to the standards we publish.
Martin Sele — CEO and Founder

West Africa's most credible intelligence-led private security consulting firm — headquartered in Monrovia, recognised across the Mano River Union region.
By 2030, SafeHaven will be the authoritative private sector voice on security in Liberia and the Mano River Union region — publishing the annual Liberia Security Threat Report, training the next generation of Liberian security professionals, and partnering with the government agencies and international organisations implementing the NSSRL. We are building that firm deliberately, document by document, client by client, and hire by hire.
Four constants that shape every engagement.
Intelligence First
Every recommendation SafeHaven makes is grounded in evidence, analysis, and verifiable sources. We do not guess, speculate, or present opinion as fact.
Professional Integrity
We honour every commitment — to clients, partners, and the public. When something goes wrong, we say so, take responsibility, and fix it.
Liberian Ownership
We are built by Liberians for Liberia. We develop local talent, reinvest professional value into our country, and represent Liberian security professionals on the world stage.
Institutional Accountability
Our operations are transparent, documented, and auditable. We hold ourselves to our published SOP Manual v1.0 and Policy Handbook v1.0 — because accountability is what separates a professional firm from a personal one.
